This could be illegal...and this is the proof...
The opening tip off...of the season opener...in seats that were almost dead center...8 rows back...belonging to one of UCLA's biggest donors...that were given to me.

| but...I no longer have braces. But I did need to get a crown for my front tooth. After one week with out braces...my front tooth split in half. So I needed to get an emergency crown before my replacement crown is made in about a month.
This was from a prior accident when I was a kid and I cracked my front tooth. Supposedly I never got a crown when I was a kid...just a composite resin to cover the teeth. It lasted pretty well for 15 years...of non-use. But after my braces came off...and I accidentely bit on a plastic fork...I was basically forced to get a crown on it. My dentist and orthodontist...and oral surgeon have told me for years already I needed to get that taken care of.
Sigh...what's another $1000 to get perfect teeth. That was the cheapest I could find to do a crown. However I did decide on getting the porcelain LAVA crown, which was another $250 more than the porcelain over metal crown. After all... I went through a lot for these teeth...I want it to be a little more perfect.
I also decided to splurge $300 for ZOOM Whitening after a painful deep cleaning. It hurts like a mofo. Don't do it if you have very sensitive teeth.
Soon...when my crown is finally finished and placed in my mouth...I will show you all my final $100,000 set of teeth.

| UCLA lost this past Saturday. I was so depressed for many reasons. Kevin Love is possibly gone. Everywhere I walked I saw potential UCLA basketball players and it made me sad. Why couldn't we finish it this year. Now I have to wait another whole year for another chance at Banner #12.
A radio station played "California Girls" this past monday at work. I let out a deep sigh. Beach Boy songs are just not cheery to me anymore. Which is a really hard to do.
This was going to be "the" year.
Last night Memphis lost a bigger heartbreaker too. Off missed free throws and OT.
I feel a little better now.
Next year we need a big man...become more athletic...and run better fast break offense. |

| I'm too tired to post pictures. I had to do some laundry today and clean up my apartment since coming back from Boston/NY/Las Vegas.
So I leave you with this first pic...taken on the last day in Boston before flying home.
